Why we publish prices when nobody else does
Walk into most repair shops in the CBD with a cracked iPhone and the price gets worked out while you stand there. We checked the sites of the other Apple sellers in the city centre, including Phone Place Kenya, Mobile Hub, Apple Center KE and Shawtech KE, and none of them publishes a repair price list.
Publishing ours costs us the chance to read the room and quote accordingly. What it buys is that you arrive knowing the number, and we spend the conversation on the repair instead of the price. If another shop quotes you less for the same model, that is useful information and you should take it.
Batteries and other repairs
An iPhone 12 battery replacement is KSh 5,300. Other models are priced per device, because battery pricing moves with the part and the state of the phone, and quoting a number here that turns out to be wrong helps nobody.
Charging port faults, water damage, rear glass and camera problems are all assessed first. Those jobs vary too much by handset to carry a fixed published price, so we look at the device and quote before any work starts. You are told the figure before we open the phone.
How booking an iPhone repair in Nairobi works
- Pick your model on the repairs page, from iPhone X through iPhone 17 Pro Max.
- Choose the repair you need and see the price for that model.
- Pick a date that suits you.
- Leave your details. No account needed, and they are only used to confirm the booking.
- We call or message to confirm the slot and that the part is in.
That last step matters more than it sounds. Confirming the part is in stock before you travel is the difference between one trip to the CBD and two. If you would rather just ask, call 0747 881573.

When a repair stops being worth it
Compare the repair against what the phone is worth. An iPhone 11 screen at KSh 6,500 against a used iPhone 11 at around KSh 25,000 is an easy yes. An iPhone 16 Pro Max screen at KSh 32,000 is still worth doing on a phone that costs KSh 125,000. The awkward cases sit in the middle, on older handsets with expensive displays.
We take trade-ins, so if the repair does not make sense we will say so and value the phone against something from the current range instead. Telling you to spend KSh 24,000 fixing a phone you should be replacing is a quick way to lose a customer for good.
Where to find us
iPhone Deals is at Kimathi House, 4th Floor Suite 404, on Kimathi Street in the Nairobi CBD, open Monday to Saturday 8am to 7pm and Sunday 9am to 6pm. We are a single CBD workshop rather than a chain, which is why repairs are done by the same people who sold the phone.
Coming in from elsewhere in the city? We have directions and travel notes for Westlands, Kilimani and Eastleigh.
Questions people ask

At iPhone Deals it ranges from KSh 5,500 for an iPhone X to KSh 35,000 for an iPhone 17 Pro Max. An iPhone 11 is KSh 6,500, an iPhone 12 is KSh 11,000, an iPhone 13 is KSh 13,000 and an iPhone 14 is KSh 13,000.
How long does an iPhone repair take?
Most repairs are turned around within 72 hours. Timing depends on the part, which is why we confirm availability when you book rather than when you arrive.
How much is an iPhone battery replacement in Nairobi?
An iPhone 12 battery is KSh 5,300. Other models are quoted per device after assessment, because battery pricing varies with the part and the condition of the phone.
Do you repair iPhones you did not sell?
Yes. The repair list covers models we do not stock, including the iPhone X. You do not need to have bought the phone from us.
Is a cracked screen covered by your warranty?
No. The 6-month warranty on devices we sell covers network, charging, earpiece, microphone, speaker and software faults. Cracked screens and physical damage are excluded and are charged at the prices above.
Do I need to book, or can I walk in?
You can walk in during opening hours, but booking first means we confirm the part is in stock before you travel. For the newer models that is worth doing.
Why is a Pro screen so much more expensive?
The Pro models use a different display assembly with a higher part cost. An iPhone 14 is KSh 13,000 while an iPhone 14 Pro is KSh 22,000, a 69% difference within the same generation.
