iPhone Repair in Eastleigh: Published Prices to Compare Against

iPhone Deals publishes what every repair costs, which from Eastleigh gives you something most people shopping for a repair never get: a fixed number to measure every other quote against.

iPhone repair in Eastleigh is served from our workshop at Kimathi House in the Nairobi CBD, a short run west along Juja Road. Every screen price we charge is published. An iPhone 12 is KSh 11,000 and an iPhone 13 Pro Max is KSh 14,000, so you can compare before you commit to anyone, including us.

Where we are, and where we are not

iPhone repair in Eastleigh is handled from Kimathi House, 4th Floor Suite 404, on Kimathi Street in the Nairobi CBD. From Eastleigh that is a short run west, in along Juja Road or down First Avenue and into the city centre. Close enough that plenty of people do it on a lunch break.

We do not have an Eastleigh branch. Eastleigh has no shortage of phone traders, and we are not one of them. One workshop, in the CBD. What this page gives you is the price list to measure any local quote against.

Opening hours are Monday to Saturday 8am to 7pm and Sunday 9am to 6pm. Repairs are done in house by the same people who sell the phones, rather than passed to a third party you never meet.

Check our price against any quote you are given

This is the most useful thing on the page. If someone quotes you for a screen, hold it against these numbers before you agree to anything.

How to tell a good screen repair from a cheap one

A quote well below everyone else usually means a different part, not a better deal. Replacement screens vary enormously in quality and the difference shows up weeks later, not on the day. What to check before and after any repair, wherever you have it done.

CheckWhat a poor screen does
True ToneDisappears from Settings entirely after a cheap replacement.
BrightnessDimmer at maximum than the screen you had, and worse in daylight.
Touch responseGhost touches, or dead patches near the edges and corners.
ColourWhites look blue or washed out next to another iPhone of the same model.
Face IDStops working if the sensor array is damaged during a careless swap.
FitA lip you can feel around the edge, or a gap that catches dust.

Test all six before you leave the counter, at any shop. A repair you cannot check on the spot is a repair you will be arguing about later. The same thinking applies when buying a used handset, which our guide on spotting a fake iPhone goes through in more detail.

Questions people ask

Is there an iPhone repair shop in Eastleigh?

Eastleigh has many phone traders, but iPhone Deals is not based there. We work from a single workshop at Kimathi House in the Nairobi CBD, a short way west along Juja Road. What we add is a published price for every model we service.

How much is iPhone screen repair in Eastleigh?

At our CBD workshop, KSh 9,500 for an iPhone 11 Pro Max, KSh 11,000 for an iPhone 12, KSh 13,000 for an iPhone 14 and KSh 14,000 for an iPhone 13 Pro Max. The full list covers 20 models from KSh 5,500 to KSh 35,000.

Why is one quote so much cheaper than another?

Usually because it is a different part. Cheap replacement screens often lose True Tone, run dimmer, and develop ghost touches or dead patches within weeks. Check True Tone, brightness, touch response, colour, Face ID and fit before leaving any counter.

Will a screen replacement break Face ID?

It should not. Face ID fails when the sensor array is damaged during a careless swap, which is a workmanship problem rather than something screen replacement causes by itself. Test it before you leave.

Do you repair iPhones you did not sell?

Yes. The price list covers models we do not stock, including the iPhone X. Where you bought the phone makes no difference.

How long does a repair take?

Most are turned around within 72 hours, depending on the model and the part. We confirm timing when you book.
