The iPhone 14 128GB price is KSh 49,000. Three models have confirmed pricing, plus the iPhone 14 Plus, which is in the catalogue but has no price set yet. These are the figures the shop charges today.

Why the Pro Max costs less than the Pro right now

At 128GB the iPhone 14 Pro Max is KSh 59,999 and the iPhone 14 Pro is KSh 65,000. The bigger phone with the longer battery is KSh 5,001 cheaper. That is not how this normally goes.

Ex-UK and refurbished stock is priced on what each batch costs to source, not on Apple's original ladder. When a batch of one configuration lands well, its price drops below a model that sits above it on paper. That is the whole reason this market exists, and it is why it pays to look at the actual numbers rather than assume the Pro Max always costs more.

The pattern reverses at 256GB, where the Pro Max is KSh 90,000 against KSh 75,000 for the Pro. So the advice is specific rather than general: the Pro Max wins at 128GB, the Pro wins at 256GB.

Which iPhone 14 should you buy

The standard iPhone 14 at KSh 49,000 is the honest budget pick, but know what it is. It runs the same A15 Bionic chip as the iPhone 13, not the A16 in the Pro models, and it keeps the 60Hz display. Apple reused the previous year's silicon in the standard iPhone 14, so the jump from an iPhone 13 to an iPhone 14 is smaller than the name suggests.

What the Pro models add for the extra money

The iPhone 14 Pro is KSh 65,000 for the 128GB and KSh 75,000 for the 256GB. Against the standard iPhone 14 at KSh 49,000, this is what the difference buys.

The gap between the standard and Pro models is wider in this generation than it was in the iPhone 13 series, because the Pro models got a genuinely newer chip and a 48MP sensor while the standard phones carried last year's parts forward. If the budget stretches, the Pro models are the better buy here, and at KSh 59,999 for the Pro Max the stretch is smaller than usual.

Is the iPhone 14 worth it over the iPhone 13

For the standard models, not really. The iPhone 14 at KSh 49,000 and the iPhone 13 at KSh 43,000 share the same A15 Bionic chip and the same 60Hz display. You are paying KSh 6,000 for a slightly better camera setup and newer safety features. Plenty of buyers are better off taking the iPhone 13 and putting the difference toward more storage.

For the Pro models the answer flips. The iPhone 14 Pro and Pro Max moved to the A16 Bionic and a 48MP main camera, which the iPhone 13 Pro models do not have. With the 14 Pro Max at KSh 59,999 against the 13 Pro Max at KSh 59,000, the newer phone costs KSh 999 more for a real generational jump. At that gap the iPhone 14 Pro Max is the clear pick.

If you are looking further back, the iPhone 12 and iPhone 11 pillars cover the cheaper end of the range, and the iPhone 12 Pro Max vs 13 Pro Max comparison is useful if you are deciding how far back to go.

What the iPhone 14 price includes

The warranty does not cover a cracked screen or physical damage, and units are not returnable once they leave the shop. Check the handset properly before you walk out, or get its condition confirmed in writing over WhatsApp if you are ordering for delivery.

iPhone 14 repair costs if something breaks

Repair cost is part of what a phone costs to own, and on this generation it is worth reading before you choose between the standard and Pro models.

A Pro screen costs KSh 9,000 more to replace than the standard iPhone 14 screen, a 69% jump. That is a real running cost to weigh against the Pro's better chip and camera, particularly if you are hard on phones. For comparison, the whole iPhone 13 series sits between KSh 13,000 and KSh 14,000. The full list for every model is on the repairs page.
